We are currently looking for passionate people to support our Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance with cleaning, laundry duties and unaccompanied shopping
● Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.
● Flexible working days and hours.
What you’ll bring
You’re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
● Well-developed communication skills
● Be reliable, compassionate and adaptable
● Current NSW Drivers Licence.
● Strong communication and organisational skills.
● A safe, sensible approach, physically capable and with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.
● The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.
We would also love you to have:
● A current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
● First Aid certificate.

About the opportunity
We are looking for kind, compassionate and dedicated Domestic Assistants to help our clients remain at home by providing cleaning, unescorted shopping and in home respite services. You will be able to work in your local community in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area to make a difference each day. You will work with our dedicated local office team who will support you every day.
Clear verbal communication and accurate documentation.
Ability to use a PC and digital device to access and download information.
Ability to deal effectively and professionally with a range of clients and their families and maintain client confidentiality.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
